The breakfast is very complete and the hotel room is also spacious. This is the deluxe one. It's a nice family trip. Staying here is near the Botanical Mall and also near the toll entrance. Because it's central, ordering food is not complicated because the distance is close.

Everything was fine, except why were cats kept and allowed in the hotel? The sofas got dirty with fur and stuck to our clothes. Hopefully, this will be reviewed so that pets aren't allowed in hotels due to hygiene concerns. Overall, it's fine, with just this one negative.

The staff are friendly, and the breakfast selection is quite good. The room cleanliness is still okay, but take a closer look at the children's playground area. It's really dirty, filthy, and smells musty and stuffy (March 22, 2026, around 12:30 PM, waiting for check-in), and the restroom in front of the swimming pool is really dirty.
