Information from the check-in application at 13.00 WIB arrived at the location, it said check-in at 14.00 WIB, if you want to check in at 13.00 WIB you have to add 50 thousand. When confirmed with CS, they said the rules had changed.

Yesterday the AC room wasn't cold, after complaining the room was finally changed. Well, the changing room also has AC, it's not cold, it's just wind. Only after the 3rd room is safe, try checking the room regularly for the AC and equipment.

Assalamualaikum. I feel uncomfortable and disappointed with the bed, hot. Can not sleep because the bed is not spring bed, but like / solid foam. I want to move in another room, economy, standard and deluxe check me the same. I checked in at the standard room. The others are ok. Unfortunately in his bed alone. Suggestion: I am sure if replaced spring bed which is standard hotel, best selling and selling, hopefully. Amen.
