Stayed 2 nights here during Covid, all the health protocols were prepared very well. Even 2 face masks available for free in the room. The room was clean and spotless. The location is prime, near to everywhere.

The hotel is just great almost in everything! Altough the building is quite old but the cleanliness is good, food is good as the other santika hotel and I got the room right in front of the pool, which is really nice. The size of the room is also big with a king-bed size. Overall, it was nice to stay here and definitely will comeback!

The location is very strategic in the center of Bandung, if you want to go to the mall, you can just walk there. I really like the hotel atmosphere, cool, fresh air because the ceiling is high so the air is not stuffy, next time I will stop by again for the 3rd time, the breakfast is delicious, the variety of food is sufficient, if added more maybe it could be better.

I booked a hotel for 3 nights, but it was such a bad experience. On the first day, the AC in my room wasn't cold—I couldn't tell if it was broken or just really old. The next morning, I asked to switch rooms, but the staff said they'd check the AC instead, and in the end, told me to just stay in the same room. On top of that, the breakfast was just okay—nothing special. Then in the afternoon on the second day, while I was in the middle of an online meeting, the power suddenly went out in my room. I decided to check out a day early. Definitely not a great stay and I won't be coming back.

Strategic location. Spacious room, old but well maintained. But unfortunately the superior room close to Jalan Riau/Sumatera is too noisy with the sound of passing vehicles and the parking atmosphere of the mall. Maybe the management should install extra soundproofing?. Finally I decided to exchange to an executive room which is located at the back. The room is even more spacious, there is a TV room and seating, more comfortable for resting. The employees are quite friendly, breakfast is quite varied, there is a traditional West Java menu.

The staff is quite friendly and helpful, but the building feels old. The room floor is not very clean, the soles of your feet get dirty if you don't wear sandals from the hotel, and at night the bathroom smells, the food is also mediocre.
Actually, I like staying at Santika but unfortunately the quality has always declined from year to year compared to 10-12 years ago.
But overall the place is okay for resting and very close to various places to eat and shop, so it is still quite comfortable and pleasant to be an option for staying.
