Great service and hospitality from the hotel staff. The breakfast was good too. The hotel is connected to Depok Mall so it was convenient when we wanted to go out for a walk or buy stuff. Clean rooms as well. I forgot my purse after breakfast and left it in the restaurant. Realized it during check out. They had kept my purse safe until I got it back. Overall no complaints. Good stay! 👍🏼

I and my friend (2 of us) were staying just for several hours and need to relax after Lebaran activities instead of going home because of very tired we chose to stay at Santika Depok, after check-in and entering the room, found dusty in the wardrobe board, a tray of the kettle, every corner of the room, window frame and some surface in the bathroom, we have told about these to the receptionist upon the check, we understood after a long period not operated (maybe) because of a pandemic it causes lack of staff and seems quiet less of time and preparation for this high season, yet the hotel still needs to prepare and make the room ready not only the equipment, also have to ensure the cleanliness is number one after the CHSE. Sorry due to staying just for several hours transit we have no photo.
