I often pass by, it turns out the hotel is really nice, the staff are all friendly, the food is delicious, the room is clean, the facilities in the room are super complete, we have plans to celebrate New Year there, besides avoiding traffic jams, it is easy to find places to eat around the hotel

I stayed there because there was a family event there. During my two-day stay, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was the lighting in the room was too dim, and the hot water wasn't very strong. The shower also didn't spray far enough; the water flowed too low, so my body hit the bottom faucet. The rest of the place was good. The service was very friendly. The food was quite delicious. The swimming pool was very large, even though the children's area was being renovated. It remained large.

1. Location: Strategic, lots of food choices if you want to order using grab/gojek. 2. Service: Friendly staff, 3. Facilities: - Lobby: The first time you enter the lobby, it's not cold at all, - Kids Area/Activity: None for both, there are no choices of children's activities so for me personally this hotel is not kids friendly, only the swimming pool. It should be given more attention and be more creative because today's hotels must be kids friendly first, it's a shame for a hotel with a fairly large area like this, the majority of the land is only used for car parking 😅. - Swimming Pool: The children's pool area is combined with the adult pool, it will be dangerous when children are not under parental supervision because there is no barrier, if the child goes the wrong way, they could end up in a deeper pool area. - Sky Lounge on the 11th floor is apparently closed due to renovations, but it was not announced from the start. I can't imagine if a couple who wants a romantic dinner with a sky view on the 11th floor has prepared, but when they get out of the elevator it's like being in a haunted house, it's pitch black & hot 🥲. - The conclusion is that the hotel actually has a fairly modern design because it carries the "premiere" theme, but in reality it feels less well maintained and maintained in terms of cleanliness, hopefully it can be improved. 4. Deluxe twin pool view room type: - The room is quite spacious, - The bathroom is safe, there are no leaks/clogged drains, - The room area is very dusty which I cannot tolerate because my wife and children even have the flu and their eyes are red from the dust in the room, I asked for an air purifier so that the air could be better but it was not available, - Curtains and vitrage should be laundered more regularly, and an air purifier provided in the room for good air quality in the room, - The lighting in the room is very minimal, the lights are too dim. 5. Breakfast: - There are not too many menu variations, - For the taste in my opinion 6/10, My suggestion is to improve it again.

for the availability of food in the restaurant during breakfast is not fast enough and needs to be considered... don't wait until the food runs out completely.. even though I had breakfast at 9 am.. while the breakfast deadline is still 10 am but a lot of the food has run out and it takes a long time to stock up..

Everything was fun indeed, except that the access to reach the hotel is not really that easy. Traffic is just so crowded almost everyday.

Clean but dark hotel. So a bit spooky. Maybe the ambiance in the hallway and rooms can be lit up more.

The location is very strategic across from the living plaza, courts, and close to the food center (green boulevard). The staff are very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately there is no chiller in the room so for those who need to store breast milk it is also a bit complicated because they have to go up and down and have to be stored in sealed plastic because sometimes it smells of meat. And for the breakfast menu during my 4 days it was not varied and the taste was lacking, maybe it can be improved, because for the event the taste is good, don't let breakfast guests feel that the standard is like that, even though it is not.

First time staying here, because there was a relative's event whose house was very close to where we were staying. We were from Lampung, traveling at night and arrived at the hotel at 22.10 WIB, when we arrived at the hotel gate it looked like there wasn't much lighting, but we were greeted by kind and friendly staff even though it was late at night they still served us very well. Upon arrival at the room, for a hotel of the class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ which looked like an old building was very clean and tidy, so we were very comfortable. For breakfast, the menu is very varied and porridge, soto, fried rice, salad, fruits, various breads, various drinks, very varied and delicious. The swimming pool is also clean, the children are very happy, there is a lifeguard so they don't feel afraid if something happens. Thank you for the unforgettable experience, next time if I have time to go to Bekasi, I want to staycation here again 🥰

The sports facilities are really good. The swimming pool is Olympic standard size. This is the first time a hotel has a real swimming pool. There are also bicycle rental facilities to explore around the hotel. The parking lot is spacious and comfortable.

There is snack time at the playground for kids. Very kid friendly.
