Very friendly and pleasant service, comfortable and clean rooms, a varied and delicious breakfast menu, complete with afternoon tea. Dinner on the 11th-floor rooftop while enjoying the Jayapura nightlife. We stayed for 9 days/8 nights (2 rooms). The hotel met expectations, a 10 out of 10 rating. Top cool, the best 👍 Next time we go to Jayapura, we'll definitely choose Suni Hotel in our hearts ♥️

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Suni Abe. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with great facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and a nice restaurant. the breakfast, delicious. the best menu for dinner is tuna sambal dabu-dabu. The location is strategic, close to the city center. Ialso appreciated the various promos and events they regularly offer—it made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips. I’ll definitely be back!

I've actually stayed there a few times before, always fine: check-in was quick, and the room was okay. But this time, check-in was slow, the connecting door opened, towels were slow, and the room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. It was unpleasant just from getting out of the elevator. My advice is to make sure the non-smoking room is listed in the notes when booking.

Everything is fine, just ask the management to increase the stock of towels, because every time you stay you have to ask for towels and the next day the towels are only ready at 9 pm.

Arrived early from Jakarta at dawn and tried early check-in. The service was excellent—very satisfied. The room was quite spacious, with clear views of the hilly city through the large glass windows. Unfortunately, the breakfast food often ran out and took a long time to be refilled. The food tasted quite good.
