The hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in, and they let us inspect the room to determine whether to upgrade. The location is close to Pasar Senen Station, making it a great stopover during your trip. The views from both the room and the rooftop are also stunning. I stayed here just in time for a Muse concert.

It was really nice to stay here, really comfortable, extending is also nice and cheap, the location is also close to everywhere, especially close to the station.

The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. It's also close to Pasar Senen Station, and the food is delicious.

You won't regret staying here. We recommend staying in a superior room. It's more private and offers direct access to the rooftop for hanging out. 😂

Everything is great, except for the price per room/per night. If possible, there should be a discount on breakfast.

As for the hotel, it's okay, according to the budget... there's just a slight discrepancy with the Traveloka promo, which was free check-in. When you arrive at the hotel, it turns out there's an additional fee... but luckily the fee isn't much.

Comfortable, great soap and shampoo, great service, no issues. Clean, fast-responsive, friendly receptionist. Breakfast was also delicious. Really good.

The staff are all helpful, the room is clean, and the water heater works well. Overall, it's good. I'll be back to stay here if I go to Pasar Senen again.

The receptionist service was good, the room was standard and clean, but the AC wasn't cold. It's fine for a one-night stay. I chose this hotel because it's close to Pasar Senen station.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I had to upgrade my room from the "OK" standard room to Superior Double because the "OK" room is outside of the main building, no lifts and too outdoor. I could smell people smoking outside eventhough it's a non-smoking room. For the Superior Double, it was "okay" at first glance. Although, the bed sheets were a little bit soiled (not too dirty but you can see the sheets were not fully white). After the first night, I thought that our room would be cleaned but it was not cleaned at all. Untouched. The next day, I asked for the room to be cleaned. The cleaning is standard, they only fixed the sheets (it was not changed), the towels weren't changed as wel. They throw the trash away but the used cup was not replaced at all. Also, my room is facing the streets and I can hear a lot of noises from the streets. In my first night staying here, it would be a little bit hard to sleep especially if you're a light sleeper and this kind of noises annoys you. If you considered smart TV or netflix as a plus point, then you might like it. However, it turns out I can't used it on the last night so it's a bit disappointing In conclusion, if you're looking for a one night stay, it would be OK. But I don't think staying for a few days would be great because of the cleaning services.
