Good and affordable accommodation, plenty of food stalls nearby, clean, well-secured, and good service. Suitable for people visiting Surabaya. However, the bed isn't really suitable for two people. Suggestion: Pay more attention to the room's facilities, such as the clogged toilet and the water heater that only produces hot water.

quite close to Pasar Turi station, take Maxim for only Rp. 26,000, the bed is neat, the AC is cold, it is suitable as a recommendation for families to stay here while waiting for the ship at Tanjung Perak port in Surabaya, the price is cheap and clean, the service is good, basically it is close to everywhere

Overall for those who want to find a budget accommodation with 'adequate' facilities, this is really worth it! It's not too far from the city center, there is parking for cars and motorbikes, the security is very safe because you have to use an access card to get in and out, the comfort of the room is comfortable, not much different from starred hotels, lol, the AC is also cold, it's just that the bed for 2 adult men like me yesterday is not very spacious, but it's enough, the bathroom is also clean, you get complete amenities for 2 people, there are towels, but only cold water, and a refrigerator is also available. In my opinion, the only thing lacking is the spring bed which has a few stains, and the TV can't display its channels, whether it's us who can't or there's a problem, we don't know. But overall it's really worth it! oh yeah and after checking out I was still allowed to leave my suitcase & stuff there because I was still going to go out, that night when I was about to go home we picked it up, and it was kept safe. that's all, thanks House of Felix, it really met my expectations and didn't disappoint (the bonus is you can eat mixue in front of House of Felix! 😆)
