Hotel is very good, it's just a walking distance with a shopping centre which literally full of amnesties. Hotel staffs are really friendly and also can communicate well in English so it's really helpful when you are from abroad and would like to feel like home. Foods are good even adding more varieties would be much more appreciated. The hotels room service also fast response, you can get a cup of coffee as quick as you wanted too and as for the meal, it tasted really good. Rooms are wide and clean, couldn't ask for more. Thank you for the hospitalities, you guys are the gem in a treasure island (Manado!) Kita baku dapa lagi yo!

Satisfied. Overall, very good. However, the lobby was sometimes crowded, so there were times when we wanted to wait but there were no seats, so we had to stand. Fortunately, the service was very fast and satisfactory.

I booked two connecting rooms. Check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., but because I booked two connecting rooms, I was told to wait half an hour for the rooms to be ready. That was a waste of half an hour, so I checked in at 3:30. The reason the rooms weren't ready was because the hotel didn't receive any notification from the app that the customer had requested a connecting room.
