I had an amazing stay here, the staff were helpful and the room is clean, the lobby smells amazing, I forgot to ask what kind of scent they use for the lobby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Lovely stay, the room is spacious, modern, and clean. The hotel building is adjoined with Pullman, overall facility is modern and does not feel like a budget hotel at all.

An attractive hotel near the Gasibu track and field. Access is via the Pullman Hotel. The Ibis lobby is a bit tricky, as you have to go through the back to access the Plataran restaurant. The room was clean, though. However, when I went to take a shower in the afternoon, the water was a bit cloudy at first, likely due to maintenance.

During my six-day stay, everyone was pleasant. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
My biggest suggestion is to change the towels to white, as gray ones can't be seen if they're dirty. Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel on a weekday and was very satisfied with my experience. I got a room on the top floor with a direct view of Gedung Sate and parts of Bandung city. The view was truly beautiful, especially at night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a good night's rest. I chose the breakfast package, and the food was quite varied and quite tasty. The location is also very strategic, right in the city center, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worth repeating.
The only downside is the lack of a pool or gym.
