I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room is very large, the twin beds can be combined and are so huge. The bathtub is so relaxing, you can ask for bath bombs for the kids. The view, oh my God, is so cool at night from the 12th floor of our room. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. Although there are other 5-star hotels with more variety, this hotel is quite good for breakfast and dinner, but the variety needs to be improved. The swimming pool is also very good, bringing kids on a weekend vacation is a great place to vacation here... thank you Intercon

Everything was good, but there was only a birthday cake for the birthday person, as 4-star hotels usually offer free birthday cakes. But everything was fine, thank you🥰

My first time staying here for my anniversary, wow, the room is really cool, the view is the best, and the staff are all very friendly, from check-in, breakfast at the restaurant, and check-out, everyone was nice and friendly. The room is also really good, next time I will bring the kids, it will definitely be really fun.

So, after getting married with my wife for our honeymoon, the room was okay, we even got an upgrade, the food for breakfast was all delicious, the swimming pool was okay, but the gym could be fixed by fixing the treadmill.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I was given a free upgrade, thank you, InterContinental. The staff is friendly, all the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The view is beautiful, the kids' club is fun. My kids love the staff, they're all nice. The price is affordable. I'll definitely come back here next time I go to Bandung. 😍

We were still unsure about which hotel to book when we went to Bandung. This hotel was our other choice, and others too, but the location was the best. From the moment we arrived, the lady was super friendly, and the vibe was so happy that even though I was already tired after checking in with her, I started to feel happy and smile too. It was awesome 🙌 There was a kids' activity that lasted until 5 p.m. or 6, I forget. Now, the coolest thing was the swimming pool wasn't cold, it was actually warm. I swear, swimming didn't feel like it was sunset. The kids were comfortable and didn't get cold. The room was super spacious, even though we got the ground floor, but it was okay because the upstairs rooms were mixed, so we couldn't tell which ones were smoking and which ones were non-smoking. Perhaps you could pay attention to which rooms are smoking and which ones are non-smoking. smoking 💖

Lokasi sangat enak. Masuk kedalam komplek sehingga sangat tenang. View sangat bagus Penataan kamar sangat bagus sehingga terasa luas. Tapi kamar tidak kedap suara. Apalagi kalau kamar sebelah buka pintu kamar mandi dan mereka berisik, suaranya sangat amat jelas terdengar. Kamar dapat sebelah area service, agak berisik. Tapi diatas jam 10 malam sudah tidak berisik. Penerangan kamar dan kamar mandi remang" karena lampu pakai warna warm white. Kalau mau terang harus buka jendela. Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih. Servicenya bagus sekali. Orang"nya cepat tanggap Kids activitynya banyak sekaliii Dari kids club, naik kuda, bouncing castle, dll Ada juga free foto keluarga ukuran a5. Untuk makanan breakfast dan bakery menurut saya dan suami pribadi yang cinta kuliner sangat kurang enak yg oke cuma area pancake , area panggang roti sendiri, area telur. Kami berekspektasi dengan harga segini rasa makanan minimal seperti gr*nd hy*tt jakarta Tapi ternyata dengan crowne plaza bandung yg masih 1 group masih lebih enak crowne jauh. Padahal menurut saya crowne biasa saja. Overall hotelnya bagus. Next time bakal balik lagi.
