All the hotel staff were friendly, from security and front desk staff to room service. Unfortunately, the hotel's policy is to only clean rooms every two days. This is likely because the hotel accepts weekly and monthly rentals. Therefore, all guests are treated as boarders, whose rooms are cleaned every two days. I give everything a 4 (maximum) rating, except for cleanliness, which only received a 3. Thank you for your excellent service during your stay.

The rooms are dirty, not cleaned. Debunya everywhere. Service is less friendly, the first day staying at 12pm the lights go out for a long time, about 40 minutes is just wrong, the second day the electricity voucher is up, the place is rather scary, I don't want to stay here anymore.

It's nice even though at midnight the lights had died for about an hour and we were too hot in the room. The hotel staff is also friendly and helpful when our room smells. They gave a move to a more comfortable room.
