Really enjoying my time during my stay at Jiro, nothing to complain about. Their 24-hour cafe really saved me from starving in the middle of the night :) Friendly staff, very clean, love the smell of the room, huge space of bathroom, the best part is the balcony, enjoying Bandung's weather at its very best!

New hotel in Dago... Strategic location, lots of eateries within walking distance. Modern minimalist, King Koil bed. There's a balcony for gazing at the garden while drinking tea, but it's not soundproof enough, motorbikes come in. The room lights are not bright enough, because the mood is set to be calm... Or maybe because I couldn't find the main light switch. Breakfast is a la carte but it's enough for me, you can also ask for takeaway. A friend who wants laundry service said there's no laundry service, but it's outside, right? Just ask the receptionist, they are fast response and friendly. Thank you Jiro

The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was also okay, quite friendly and helpful. The view of the neighbor's roof. But what was really unpleasant was the parking facilities which were very… very limited. There was valet parking, but it was a hassle if we needed to get things from the car again… It was annoying, because it wasn't flexible, depending on the parking staff who were sometimes not on standby because they were serving other guests.

Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, because the hotel is right across a very busy road, it is noisy at any time of the day. Location is great though, and the restaurant below offers really delicious food and pastries. I would recommend.

This hotel is great, it seems like they are selling Sugu instead of the hotel rooms, but...... the rooms are really well maintained and also very clean... Netflix is on directly without entering the ID again. The parking area is small, but valet is helpful if it is full and it is free of charge. Yesterday I didn't take breakfast because I was planning to go to Bandung for culinary 😁. Overall, I am satisfied staying here. Maintaining the cleanliness is the most important thing.

Hmm, I don't know if there's dedicated parking for overnight guests. In my experience, I fought over parking with other guests at the cafe, but it was the overnight guests who didn't get any. For breakfast, I chose the 9:00 AM delivery to my room option, and I arrived at 9:20.

I just found out about this hotel because it's in the same building as Sugu Cafe! The location is still strategic, and the surrounding Dago area is bustling with culinary delights. The service is great! You get a welcome meal and beverages for one claim from the Sugu menu. Overall, the room is comfortable and spacious! There are two separate rooms for the lounge and bedroom. Overall, it's very comfortable!

Finally tried the suite, this is my 7th time staying at Jiro, it never fails, integrated with the cafe scene in Bandung, Sugu Collective, in-room dining can also be ordered from Sugu and everything is chef kissed, next time, Jiro is my place to go
