I don't know how many times I've been to this hotel, and I keep coming back because the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the housekeeping is also fast. I had trouble with the hairdryer, but Gece immediately found a replacement. The latest information this September is that the outdoor playground is still not finished being renovated, but the garden is said to be ready.

Comfortable accommodation for families I went to JSI because I wanted to go glamping but didn't want to go far, but it turned out the facilities were very complete. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is comfortable, cool in the morning, and the glamping area has a portable AC fan. Food: The breakfast has a wide selection and is all delicious, I want more. Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and respond very quickly to chats when needed. Highlights: The glamping area is loved by both children and adults. Price: The price is affordable and easy on the budget. Location: The location is very strategic and there's no traffic jam because it's right after Starbucks in Ciawi.

Everything was OK, but the outdoor trash can was still dirty, there was still trash left undisposed, the pool toilets were dirty, there were lots of tissues on the floor, and the toilets were dirty. The Wi-Fi in the rooms wouldn't connect.

We recommend this place for a family vacation. We stayed in the Rubicon 1 BR villa. The ground floor is for the living room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining table. The upstairs is the bedroom. The atmosphere is also comfortable, cool and cold at night even in the Megamendung area. Thank you JSI ❣️

I only stayed at JSI once. I wanted to play outdoors and they said it was being renovated. I wanted to play somewhere else and they said it was already booked. Well, I stayed there to have fun with my kids, but I couldn't play. I just lay around in my room, paying a lot just to sleep. The cleanliness is also lacking. The hot water for a shower is unstable, hot and cold. For breakfast, I have to wait for my plate, and when I get a plate, it's all gone.

Very comfortable, the first time I stayed here, especially this type of riverside, it's close to the river so instead of sleeping, I felt like I could hear the sound of rain, the downside of staying here in the bathroom is that the water heater needs to be repaired again because when I slept, it gave off sparks and ended up not working and the floor in the room needs to be repaired again because many of them have collapsed, apart from that, there are no problems and it is recommended for those who want to stay here to bring their family...
