We had the Executive King room with Lounge Access. Totally worthwhile having. The j w marriott is centrally located and has easy access for everything you want in Surabaya. The staff, food, facilities and ambiance makes it a great place for a staycation or long or short stay. The staff throughout the hotel are welcoming, polite and very efficient and enthusiastic. My compliments and thanks to all the staff who we interacted with. You made us free very comfortable and special. I would like to thank the team in the Executive Lounge for all their efforts and courteous support during our stay. Timothy, Wira, Hary and the others many thanks. Cheers

You will never regret a staycation at JW Marriott Surabaya. The service is very satisfying, starting from welcoming guests who come, service at breakfast, and room service. All the staff are friendly. And requests for birthday decorations here are really beautiful 😊.
