When the streets are entering the room there is garbage, the smell is not good, next to the entrance of the room there are building coolies who are chatting, when they want to check out, Reception is not in place, so you have to wait for a long time, wasting time!

The place is comfortable and clean, and the service is satisfying.

From the entrance, it looks like it is not tasty, the receptionist table is dirty + because in this restaurant, many restaurant workers sit around smoking. You can enter room 203 when you open the door, it's cool like you just turned off the air conditioner, then open the bathroom, open the toilet. The floor of the room was also dirty with lots of hair, going up to the top of the bed icky pillowcases the airy items were not playing, the sheets had lots of hair and stains, check the drawers! there is a strong herbal + food receipt on November 29th, I just stayed on December 12, what is the 2 week cleaning service? Asked to move room was given to move just dirty, just washed the floor, the floor was clean and there was no shelter, but the wall next to the bed mattress was like a booger gallery. Just 20 minutes here & decide to find another hotel. Big no no! If you need a budget hotel around Cipete / Fatmawati just go to Oyo Moes. This fatmawati family room is very bad, poor, dirty, dusty, so sad. Please airy, you don't need to be curated the place. Ambyar boss.

Still having trouble buying toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room air conditioner leaked and I complained but still not responded. Yes, I just made it happy.

The locations unable to easily identified, it takes nearly an hour to see the locations as the signboard of kamar keluarga very small and distracted by bolla seafood food stall, the name of the property did not reflected for family/ keluarga and the room provided has no any windows at all while access to the room was very narrow, the value of the price of the properties truly overvalue

It's cheap, but it feels cheap, it is the same place as the restaurant, but the service is good, we are only given the key, keep pointing right and left, but not ushered, the first room in love turned out to be occupied, swapped down, forgiven the toilet there are still remaining pee, when someone wants to check-in is not checked first.
