Hotel Khas is one of the best hotels in Makassar. The lobby is clean, the staff are quick and smiling. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Amenities are complete. There are towels, soap, toothbrushes, and a water heater. The towels are clean, and the AC is cool. The view from the room is also beautiful. The staff are friendly. The breakfast menu is also varied and delicious. There is a mini market next to the hotel and many restaurants around. Will be back again someday. Thank you Hotel Khas.

1. Yesterday, I was served by an intern, which slowed down the check-in process. 2. I was initially given a smoking room even though it had been stated as a no-smoking room. 3. The door to the room was a bit difficult to open. 4. The bathroom exhaust sound was sometimes too loud. 5. The internet was slow. 6. Some staff were unresponsive.
