2 malam di sini bikin betah, 1 malam di kamar yang menghadap ke pantai (tipe sea view), 1 malam lagi di villa yang ada private poolnya, fasilitas lengkap, owner dan staff-nya ramah banget, sarapannya enak. Mungkin karena baru selesai pandemi jadi kayak belum siap banget hotelnya, tapi kalau ada yang kurang atau butuh apapun tinggal bilang ke stafnya responnya pun cepat. Yakin banget kalau udah bener-bener selesai pandemi hotel ini layak banget buat jadi tempat stay di Gili Trawangan, apalagi buat pasangan yang mau honeymoon boleh tuh cobain yang ada private poolnya. Recomended, next time mudahan bisa segera ke sini lagi.

The bathroom faucet was broken, the curtains were not installed, the bath towels were incomplete, the air conditioner had no taste, the tv was broken, the phone was broken, the wifi couldn't work, the wall paint was broken. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The rooms are not clean, especially the private pool can't be used because it's dirty and damaged even though what we've been waiting for is to use the private pool TV, telephone can't be used maybe because of the pandemic so it saves electricity .

The rooms are good. Unfortunately the conditions around the hotel are a bit poorly maintained, and the bathroom has lots of moths. Fortunately, the hotel was quick to respond and the service provided was very good. It would be even better if before providing access to check-in, the condition of the room was checked first. Overall still deserves a good rating 👍.

Towels until the plng were not provided, toiletries were also not available, the position of the ac was even facing the door, so the room was hot during the day, but the view was good, the room was clean, the employees were friendly, if I may give advice on moving the ac position, so that it will make it more comfortable, always successful.
