The staff at the hotel, especially Anna at the front desk, were great! Everyone was polite and welcoming. The foam party at the pool with the aqua zumba was fantastic too. The instructor was very enthusiastic and encouraging. Food was decent and the nasi goreng was delicious, though the buffet breakfast was a little underwhelming. Room was comfortable and they kindly gave us an upgrade to a larger room. Cleanliness-wise, do note that theres no daily housekeeping and people do cook in the rooms, so it can get a little dirty due to the tight turnover time between occupants. The cutleries in our room had to be deep cleaned as there were bits of food left on it and the floor was alittle greasy. One of the toilets in the room smelt really pungent due to the sewage system. Definitely room for improvement on the cleanliness front. All in all, a great stay with a lovely pool and team of staff. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Cassia team!

One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan
I recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at this amazing resort, and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The villa was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and privacy. The highlight for us was the private pool – perfect for a quiet dip anytime – and the large public pool, which was equally impressive.
The food throughout our stay was consistently good, with a variety of tasty options to enjoy. We also appreciated the bikes provided by the resort, which made it fun and easy to explore the surroundings.
One small issue was with the master bathroom shower, which caused some flooding. It definitely needs some repair or redesign to prevent water from spilling over.
Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay, and I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway with great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere
