The villa staff is very friendly and helpful, the villa is also clean, all the sheets were changed before our arrival. It is very comfortable, each room is equipped with a TV and there is also a TV in the living room. Welcome drinks are also provided. The place is comfortable, clean and feels like home

This is the third time the family has stayed at the legendary Cozy Villa Batu. The villa is clean, there are 2 rooms with king size beds, the location is very strategic (can walk to East Java Park 2), the atmosphere is calm, not noisy, comfortable and children are safe playing in the housing complex. There are people around selling breakfast. Complete facilities, there is a water heater for bathing, a cooker with cutlery and cooking utensils, the fridge is new and clean, there is gallon mineral water, and cable TV. The check-in process is very smooth, the owner and employees are very friendly and helpful, GPS location sent via WA by the owner, fast respond, is very helpful for us in providing information about tours in Batu / Malang. Next time if there is a vacation, I will go to rock again with my family and of course stay at Cozy Villa again. Thanks, Cozy.
