The staff was willingly delivering the medicine from the lobby to my room (which was hard to request in some hotels). The area of the hotel smelled really good as well and super clean!! I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

I can recommend this hotel for you, this hotel is good, it's new hotel by swissbel, so no issues with facilities. The main thing is this hotel is clean and cheap.
