This is my umpteenth staycation at Cove Urbaneir 😍 With friendly staff service, clean environment, super comfortable rooms plus there is Netflix and there is also a coffee shop in front. Overall, it is highly recommended for you guys to staycation or stay overnight when there is an event. With a price that is worth it and very-very affordable with good and comfortable rooms and facilities 🤗.

As a woman solo traveler, I feel safe to know that this hotel is syariah. The staff are friendly and informative, the room isn’t that large but it is clean and comfortable, the view from my room (4th floor, 404) is comforting at night, the bathroom also clean and smells really good. The hot water works just fine and fast. Though it was hard to take my 15kg luggage to the 4th floor since there’s no lift but, it’s okay. Just think of it as a sport.
Might be come back to book again if I have plans to go to Jakarta in the future. Thank you very much!

Just found out that there is a place to stay as comfortable as this in Bintaro, the area is residential so it's not noisy. I really feel at home here because the facilities are complete, there is a public pantry that can be used as a place to eat together, a hidden sofa for hanging out with friends. Clean and cool can be felt from the beginning of entering because you pass through a small park. There are many cafes and culinary places in the area so it's easy to find food.

Too comfortable for a capsule hotel. Strategic location, next to the main road/artery. No shortcomings at all. Friendly receptionist, check-in time is directed. Friendly housekeeper offered to move rooms from top to bottom.
The room is always tidied up shortly after the guest checks out. Clean room. Two split AC units provide a cool indoor experience. The room is able to reduce outside noise. Selection of visually friendly lights. Provision of a wardrobe with a Smart-lock feature.
The toilet is always clean, often cleaned. There is a urinal, sink, and running water. Hand soap and bath soap are provided. Toilet paper is available. The shower has a water heater if you want to take a hot shower.
The pantry is clean. Complete cutlery, spoons, forks, plates, bowls, glasses. If there are piles of dishes, they are always ready to wash them. If I have used something, I wash it right away. Coffee, tea, sugar are provided. Gallon water is always ready. The dispenser is always on for hot water.
The provision of a small number of rooms but maintains good quality. Salute. 👏🏻

Hotel Citradream Bintaro
This hotel was very good in applying the new health protocols. Our breakfast was delivered to room, all staffs were disciplines in wearing mask, there were plentiful hand sanitizers everywhere. The room and all common space were clean. The location besides shopping mall was very convenience for guest to stroll around and find restaurants. Downstairs there was also a small minimarket. in weekend, the government closed one street lane for people to walk/jog/cycle. so its perfect, especially for the price. I love it and will definitely coming back in the future. keep up the good work.

I totally recommend staying somewhere near the modern market. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding food! Plus, the rooms are kept incredibly clean. Seriously, the bathroom was spotless, which is a huge plus in my book. Overall, it was a great experience!

Nice room! Clean and privacy matters. Towel is available but for amenities you'd better bring it yourself. Overall is good. The only lacking is no hot water available.
