stayed here 5 nights all the staff are very friendly, the hotel smells good, the room is spacious although the hotel is old but the cleanliness is very good there is a playground and cotton candy the kids are happy hopefully the playground will be more complete, the cleanliness will be maintained, and the breakfast menu will have more choices for the kids

I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced (compared to 5 stars hotel in Semarang). From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The lobby area is warm. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable (they use king koil), ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The dining experience was also exceptional, with delicious food, great variety, and attentive service. They served with an a la carte menu. The location is also perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions, in front of Tawang Station, and dining/cafe options. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay in Semarang. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had no big expectation when I booked the room for one night but it turned out to be a decent experience for my stay. Unique architecture from outside and the location itself is great, not too close to the busy road and lots of tourist attractions nearby. The room is spacious enough and comfortable for its price, but the bathroom could use some improvements. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

They also shared recommendations on places to visit and local food spots to try around Semarang. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. On every business trip to Semarang, I almost always choose to stay at Azana because the overall experience is comfortable and satisfying. This time, I booked the hotel for my boss. The location is very strategic, especially if there are work needs in the Candi industrial area, as it is quite close and makes for easy mobility. The room feels spacious and comfortable, the central air conditioning also works very well, cooling just right and consistently. The room is generally quite clean and comfortable for resting after a long day of activities. Another plus point, there is a self-refilling drinking water dispenser in front of the room, so it's quite practical. The hot water in the bathroom also works well, and the amenities provided are quite complete for overnight needs. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a picture of the room this time, but so far, my experience has been consistent and pleasant. Suitable for business trips or short stays in Semarang.
