I stayed with my wife and children. The place was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the room was clean, my children loved it, and my wife asked to stay there again. The service was friendly. Luckily, I got a room with a private bathroom.

Such a happy experience staying here, even for only 1 night. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the view is breathtaking. The place is pretty remote, down in the valleys of Mt. Batur, so it might be a good idea to stock up on food if you're planning to stay here. Although limited on the variety, they do serve some foods as well, such as instant noodles and fried rice (try their fried banana, it's so good!)
Do keep in mind if you're going here with a motorbike, the fastest route suggested by Google Maps is a difficult, off-road track with many deep potholes, rocks, and mud. It would be better to take the longer main road as it only adds 5 minutes to your trip, but it won't break your vehicle.

The hostel is located on the mountain near the tourist attractions such as sunrise, lava volcano, hot springs, ... beautiful scenes. You can contact the hostess to pick up and pick up upon request at the airport or anywhere. Good service, good English speaking boss. Friendly. There is full facilities even though the hot water is a bit slow because in the mountains but it is no problem compared to the quality we receive. The owner is very enthusiastic, can request tours from here and many facilities when you need assistance. Should come. Good

The Cave Hotel Kintamani
Staff were very eager to make sure any requests were well understood and assistance provided, either around the hotel or with directions around the local area. The room was cleaned every day upon request.

Pramana Zahill Kintamani
This is first time I stayed at Pramana Zahill Kintamani with my all family. It was exactly the same with my expectations based on the reviews and pictures on the apps. The room is new clean, big size & comfortable, the amazing swimming pool with hot water was very cleaned and quite big as well. Great dinner with live music and a very memorable night mountain atmosphere, also the breakfast is perfect lots of choice and very tasty. The staff are really friendly and helpful us a lot. Their service is very excellent and so polite with the guests. Will come back to when I visited Kinatamani next time and really recommended this Hotel. Best place for family or couple to stay.

A very strategic hotel for staying near Lake Batur. The rooms and surroundings are clean and beautiful. The price is affordable. The owner and staff prioritize honesty. I left something behind and inquired over the phone, and they answered correctly that something was missing, and it was delivered to my home address the next day.

The Dewi Kintamani
This is absolutely a beautiful view to enjoy. Right in front of lake and mount Batur, and surrounded by rice fields, no doubt this in one of best view to enjoy the nature. The place are so quiet and peaceful, specially during in the early morning and afternoon. Flies and bad smell of organic fertilizer were so annoying, and disturb so much. It's pretty hot during the daylight, and better to stay inside the room away from flies raid and sun's heat. Room is clean and nice, bed is good and comfortable, the hot water is great. The breakfast are nice but not so vary. My kids love the pancakes and hot chocolate for the breakfast 👍🏻
