The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt like a “lite” version of a 5-star experience—which made it unique and memorable. Staff are kind, accommodating, and courteous. Welcoming guests with charming smiles and polite gestures. Pak Heru is very attentive, knowing our need for 3 baggage so he put us in a ground floor room. Thumbs up. This hotel has very good ventilation, is close to malls and Alfamart. All facilities including a fridge to store fruits, and also the cleaner sanitizes and cleans all properly. A must-stay place when visiting and exploring Puri Kembangan. Thank you for the good hospitality, we are happy to stay here.
