The staff is friendly, check in is one set, not much this and that, just showing your ID card, less than 3 minutes, you will be given the room key. I have stayed here twice, and will continue to come here. Eating utensils are provided if needed, just say so, hot water, coffee, tea, glasses are ready, even a wash basin for washing is available. For those who bring family who usually can't be separated from washing dishes, etc., it makes it really easy 😊

It was right after peak season (first week of January). The hotel was almost a private one, with less tourists and excellent service. Right in front the hotel is a motorbike rental, which is pretty handy. My stay package also included bicycle rental. Overall, I got what I wanted: silent, serene atmosphere with modern touch (the hotel is pretty new and very slick)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is strategic, close to the city center and tourist attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean, tidy, and fully equipped—cold air conditioning, running hot water, and a very comfortable bed.
The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The breakfast was delicious and varied daily.
The hotel has a warm atmosphere, making it suitable for families or business travelers. I will definitely return here when I'm in town.

Nice holiday accommodation to spend here. Quiet, clean room, good service, good foods and welcoming staff & manager. I also thanked to the kindness of duty manager for allowed me and my partner have breakfast before check in time also sent hot ginger tea to my room as complementary when I was sick in the first day came. The most spot I love to spent was in outdoor restaurant. The view so nice although everyday was raining during my stays (early Dec). I'd like to thanked Putu (receptionist) for your kind help to operate the scooter also manage my room always clean everyday! I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Belitung Island especially in Sijuk-Tanjung Tinggi area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed my 4 nights here, awesome and spacious room, clean bathroom with nice towel. The staffs were very nice, especially Mr. Muamar Khadafi, he’s very helpful and friendly. The foods were also delicious and they gave me what I wanted. Next time when I come back to Belitung, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Kelayang Beach Hotel adalah satu hotel dengan view pantai yang istimewa, pantai pasir putih bersih dengan air laut biru sangat memanjakan mata membuat pikiran menjadi rileks, nyaman & tenang. Lokasi pantai persis di seberang hotel sekitar 30 meter. Hotelnya bagus, kamarnya bersih nyaman, petugasnya pun ramah & friendly banget. Di seberang hotel juga ada restoranya, menunya banyak enak dan yang jelas sangat terjangkau harganya. Disini juga menyediakan sewa motor dan perahu bagi yang ingin berkeliling pulau-pulau disekitar pantai. Pengalaman seru asyik menyenangkan disini, berasa punya pantai pribadi.
