The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was having allergic reactions and needed to buy medicine. The staff was willingly delivering the medicine from the lobby to my room (which was hard to request in some hotels). The area of the hotel smelled really good as well and super clean!! Super an enjoyable stay.

I stayed with my friends, the gym is open 24 hours with drinks and cold towels readily available. The breakfast selection is very extensive, and they also offer special made-to-order dishes for free. I had a very pleasant stay at Nata Azana Solo. The location is super strategic — easy to access and close to many local attractions. The room was spacious and clean, which made it really comfortable. I especially loved the sofa bed; it’s not just for sitting, it’s actually comfortable enough to sleep on too! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
