For a room priced at over 800 thousand, the bed size is narrow: 160X200 (Queen) & the sheets are old, the AC is old and often turns off by itself, the curtains are not closed properly so it's bright when taking a nap, the old curtains have holes, the breakfast is not very tasty, the electricity in the room can't be plugged in with a SIM card, so it's a hassle if you leave the room = you can't charge your electronics.

Everything was great as usual. Been many times here and service is always top notch. Can't hardly find any fault. Great hotel. Very clean and room is really clean and all requests prior to arrival was met. My hotel of choice.

The hotel is good, but there is no mat in the bathroom so it gets wet everywhere and the price of children's breakfast at the reception and at the restaurant is different, clearing up dirty plates is very slow

The receptionist staff was friendly. But. We booked a superior double bed room, but the beds were twins combined. It was annoying. The pillows were smelly, dirty, and the color of the pillows was very different from the color of the sheets. During breakfast, the restaurant staff did not reprimand the mothers who were soaking wet after swimming and entered the restaurant, took food, then ate while sitting on the chairs, making the chairs wet. The same goes for their children, who were wet when they entered the restaurant, making the floor muddy. It was very disturbing to the view.

The best hotel in Subang, stayed here many times, never disappointed. Guest input is responded well and quickly. The food is varied and all delicious, vegetarian friendly. Complete gym, benchpress, deadlift, dumbbell, treadmill, yoga ball, static bike, quad-hamstring machine, all available.

The staff are friendly but the process seems to take a while because check in should be at 15 but I arrived at 17.20 and the room wasn't ready
The room is clean but it seems like a mat should be provided so it's not slippery when leaving the toilet
Is there really no refrigerator in each room? Then for breakfast, there shouldn't be a waiting list?
Then if the breakfast table is full, the staff should be alert to lift it so the table isn't too full of dirty plates
As for the food, everything is delicious 🥰

My 3rd visit and everything was great as usual. Can't find any fault here. From check-in to check-out and during the stay was fantastic. Staff as usual very friendly and attentive. This is my second visit and everything was great. Friendliness of staff was excellent. Check-in check-out was fast. Recognition is really great.
