The service is good, everything is close to perfect. I'm an ex-employee of HTL for 12 years so I can judge everything. It's my first time staying here but I already know that HTL prioritizes service, cleanliness and neatness. Too bad I didn't take a picture because I still want to stay there again. The breakfast is satisfying. The price is relatively good. Hot water is ok, AC is ok.. it's great..

It was quite comfortable to stay at Lavela Inn. Strategic location, not too noisy, clean, and the food tasted just right. Only the shower water didn't produce much water. For the price and the quality given, it was quite appropriate. Will definitely stay here again.

Pengalaman menginap kali ini AC bermasalah, tapi syukurnya udara kamar tidak panas, Wifi juga beberapa kali loading lambat. Selain itu, pelayanan selalu baik, sarapan pagi juga enak. Terima kasih Lavella.
