Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has a distinctive, clean scent, both inside and outside the room. The room was a perfect size, with a clean mattress, clean towels, a smart TV, and a water dispenser. It's very close to Blok M State. Highly recommended for a stopover.

The bathroom is flooded, mossy, the room is small, it is difficult to make salad in the room, the bed is small, the elevator facility is only 1 for 6 people, there is no office boy, everyone has multiple jobs, breakfast has minimal choices, just asking for a glass and tea makes us feel like beggars, because none of the employees want to go out, everyone locks themselves in the kitchen. I don't know how a hotel like this can get a good ranking/refiuw, Traveloka should go down to the field more often to see the hotels they collaborate with

Take a deluxe room at the front facing the street, so outside noise is quite loud in the room and can disrupt sleep. The AC is cool, the location is strategic, but the food is not very varied.
