The only plus points are the strategic location, close to everywhere, lots of snacks nearby, and the friendly staff (room attendants). But for the rest, I can't really expect much. We can't demand much at this price, but at least cleanliness should be maintained. Even the floor in the room makes your feet black (you have to wear sandals). The bathroom drain is full of hair. Basically, besides the bed, the room is mostly dusty.

1. The location is strategic but difficult to find because there's no clear sign and it doesn't look like a hotel from the front. 2. The hotel staff is friendly but annoying. We brought a lot of luggage and carried our child to the second floor (check in). When we got there, we thought our room was in that building, but it turned out to be the building across the street. We went down again with our suitcases and our child (I said, "Why didn't you tell us earlier, sir? If the room was in front of our car, we wouldn't have any luggage to carry.") The staff was quiet, as if they didn't care. 3. The room wasn't very clean. My feet felt dirty and dusty, and the mattress wasn't clean either, so we wiped it with a blanket. 4. The TV didn't work at first (the hotel staff only apologized for the lack of signal). My wife complained, and finally they gave us a device so we could watch YouTube. 5. The bathroom for those checking in at night didn't have hot water (it only came on in the morning). The bucket and ladle were slippery, as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while, so my wife ended up cleaning them.

This price doesn't make sense for a hotel that looks like it's for LC bookings... it's so dirty, I swear it's filthy. My intention was to find a place to lie down because I was feeling feverish.

I stayed at this hotel for 200k/night before tax, so I didn’t expect luxury—but basic cleanliness and comfort should still be a given. Unfortunately, the room had dirty sheets and pillows, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there was no water heater. The room itself felt neglected and poorly maintained. Also, there's no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. At this price point, I wasn't expecting much, but a clean and decent place to rest should still be possible. Sadly, this fell below even that. Would not recommend unless there are zero other options.
