The room was good enough, it just a little bit noisy when you get the top floor. However, the breakfast serves very well, tasty with many variant menu that you can choose.

I like the Ambience! it's a nice place to your longstay, the bed are so fluffy, water runs nice, you're the control of your aircon, and last but not least the food and service are nice, definitely will come back again here, Thanks Luminor !

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel's service. I was originally supposed to stay for 4 days and 3 nights, but after just one night, I left due to the unprofessional staff. I was asked to change the bedsheets because my child was coughing uncontrollably (and I left him in the emergency room for 6 hours), but the sheets weren't changed during that time.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, parking is a bit tight but there is valet parking and it's cheap. The breakfast is very plentiful. The deluxe room is not spacious but it is comfortable and clean. Always successful Luminor

Nicely decorated room, though a bit on the smaller side. The room itself is clean but lacking a couple amenities: hairdryer (we had to request it) & complimentary bottled water (in a hindsight, there’s gallon water on the hallway). Staff were very nice & helpful. We had to leave early in the morning & not only they had the breakfast packed for us, they also had the taxi ready & waiting for us by the time we got down.

It was a pleasant experience staying here even though it was only 1 night but we were able to stay comfortably, especially since we got a free room upgrade which made it even more comfortable, the room was spacious, clean, fragrant, the AC was cold, the TV was smooth, the toilet was clean, the best thing was the view from the room was really cool 👌🏻 I happened to get it on the 9th floor yesterday
