Luxcamp Bukit Damar - Puncak By Horison

Dengan harga 1,6jt ini sangat tidak sesuai dengan harga. Kronologi, kami memesan tipe Snail dan saat sampai kondisi unit sangat kotor penuh dengan jamur dan debu, setelah konfirmasi ke housekeeping mereka info kalau mereka membersihkan 1 minggu sekali, what? Jadi dengan harga 1,6jt/malam kita mendapat unit yang tidak dibersihkan sebelum customer check in? Dari pihak mereka akhirnya memindahkan kami ke unit yang lebih besar sebagai kompensasi atas peristiwa kebersihan di atas, kami dipindahkan ke tipe Prism. Kondisi unit Prism lebih bersih, tapi ada kendala yang sama menjengkelkannya tetap saja ada. Listrik saat hari pertama tanggal 26 Juli sudah mati 2x. Di tanggal 27 Juli mati lagi disaat kami bersiap sarapan dan sampai selesai sarapan, listriknya masih belum menyala. Total 3x kami kesulitan untuk sekedar mengisi daya semua perangkat elektronik kami. Unit terbaik mereka adalah unit Prism, seperti tidak mungkin listriknya mati karena kelebihan daya (di kamarpun TV tidak kami nyalakan saat proses charging device). Kecuali memang kalau sengaja dimatikan karena mungkin mereka kesal saat kami marah-marah terkait kebersihan unit Snail sebelumnya? Who knows. Saran saya untuk semua semua perangkat housekeeping dan teknisinya, mohon lebih berempati ke Customer, karena kami ini bayar seharga hotel bintang 4/5 untuk menginap di tempat kalian, kami bukan dapat gratisan.

The tent wasn't very clean, the toilet smelled a bit, and the hose leaked. The food wasn't tasty. Children were charged an additional 50,000 Rupiah per child... without any prior notification. There was no breakfast, but they were charged. The access road to the location was damaged and uphill. For around 1 million Rupiah, it wasn't worth it.

The location is quite far from the highway and the access road is uphill and there are some spots where the road is a bit damaged, using a motorbike/car is still okay for healthy vehicles to pass through. The service is quite friendly, the swimming pool is clean, for tracking free on weekends, if weekdays paid. The comfort of the room is quite comfortable, there is netflix, cold AC, there is a water heater, the square type of the toilet tap is leaking but can still be used (it would be better to replace it). The cleanliness of the room terrace and toilet needs more attention, in my opinion it is not clean enough. Suggestion to provide additional glass in the room because the glass is only one small circle above the sink in the shower.

The staff is very friendly and quick to help when asked, the place is perfect, it's also nice and comfortable

The place is very zen, but not scary. Suitable for a staycation but looking for a unique place. You can also do trekking, you can also do regular camping. There is a swimming pool that is specifically for children, it seems because it is not too deep. Only one thing, the road there is challenging... there is a part of the road that is only wide enough for one car and is uphill. After arriving, you really feel at home, huh?

The glamping is cool, the view is great, the guys and sis are very friendly, it's fun because there's trekking too, the only downside is yesterday when I stayed there the electricity went out several times but there was a generator. Luckily it was safe at night.

For the location, it's pretty cool, we get a really beautiful view, but for the cleanliness around the room, it's quite bad, there are many tiles on the terrace that are about to come off, the cleanliness in the room is also lacking, and the yard around the room is full of grass and bushes... especially in the glamping types... so in my opinion, it's not worth it for the price of a 5-star hotel.

Environment, Air, and Comfort that make it Almost Perfect. But unfortunately the Hot Water in the Room does not work at all.

The view is really great! The room is quite unique. It's just a shame that many of the facilities seem to be neglected. My room was quite unsatisfactory, the AC was hot, the liquid soap ran out, the pool was quite dirty. But the food and service staff are the overall champions! The atmosphere is really natural, suitable for my healing needs. With a price of 1 million, the facilities should be better. Especially managed by Horison. Overall it's good, hopefully it can be improved and become more successful. Disclaimer for those who want to go here, the road is quite challenging for those who bring small cars. But it's worth trying!

The hotel staff are friendly, the service is good, the rooms are clean, it just needs to be added with 1 mat in front of the entrance so that the feet remain clean from the front, the swimming pool should be cleaned on Sunday afternoon after people check out so that it can be used by guests who have just arrived and checked in on Sunday afternoon, because the pool is dirty and can only be used on Monday morning. The glamping is hot. The AC doesn't work well when the sun is shining, but it gets cold at night and the view of the city lights and mountain views are really great.

Just arrived at the room and was greeted by 2 flies, it turned out that they came from the trash can in front of the room which was already full, because the booking via Traveloka only allowed 2 people even though the type booked was for 6 people so we had to add an extra bed but the receipt was not given, for the grill itself we had to order there too and the receipt was not given, the price was expensive and the service did not match the price

The road to get there is not good enough for automatic cars let alone sedans so it is not recommended, for cleanliness it is okay, the bed is clean and fragrant, the food at the restaurant is delicious, order fried noodles, pasta carbonara room service. For the minuses because the room is a tent so there are animals that enter such as spiders but it is normal because it is a tent, because I came just after it rained so it was a bit muddy entering the room but there was no mat in front of the door so it was a bit muddy, the bathroom sink had to be painted by myself using natural stone in the bathroom because the valve was not working so the sink was like a pond in a tent square, the hot water runs out quite quickly, the swimming pool is not clean there are a lot of soap residue under the tiles green moss, there are also many insects in the water, if insects are normal because it is outdoor but maybe it should be cleaned using a net in the morning, for breakfast the taste is quite different from the dinner that I ordered from the restaurant but yeah. There is white rice, deadly fried rice is a bit oily, stir-fried glass long is okay, fried chicken with shrimp paste is less tasty but tender, sweet and sour dori is more sweet but okay, omelettes, spicy aglio olio pasta and that is delicious, which can be eaten by toddlers are chicken porridge, Madura porridge, for other foods, yes standard cereal, vegetable salad, cut fruit, toast, boiled corn, drinks are fruit syrup, infusion water, yes, like usual breakfast at the hotel. Overall, with that price, it is enough to pay for the room and the view surrounded by mountains 👍🏻
