The hot water is terrible, one heater for 2 people, the mattress is not thick enough, the blanket is not thick enough even though it is very cold, there is no restaurant so it is a bit difficult, luckily the view is really cool.

The campsite is on a steep slope, going down the stairs is very tiring, the bathroom is behind the bed, the smell of urine is often smelled in the room even though everything has been flushed and cleaned, breakfast is just a kebab that doesn't match the brand of Horison that is used

Viewnya sih juara kita bisa liat gunung prau dan kalau cuaca bagus bisa liat yang disebut negri di atas awan tapi akses ke kamarnya Ya ampun banyaknya itu tangga harusnya sih dikasih peringatan tidak untuk orang dengan penyakit tertentu saya sampe mual2 tiap kali harus ke parkiran naik tangga sebanyak itu kalau misalkan aksesnya susah tapi room servicenya banyak pilihan sih ok ya ini tuh kaya belum siap banget nerima tamu karena belum ada restaurannya pilihannya cuma mie goreng mie rebus aja bahkan kalau sarapan mau pesen lebihpun ga bisa harus nunggu sarapannya beres dulu baru bisa pesen room service stafnya sih sangat helpful, gercep dan ramah, kalau bukan karena mereka mungkin saya kasih bintang 1 tempat ini sebaiknya kalau fasilitas belum memadai jangan di open untuk public deh udah gitu fasilitasnya ga ada apa2 ga ada taman bermain anak ga ada kolam renang bener2 cuma kamar tok Akses buat keluarnya susah tapi makanan buat dipesanpun terbatas saya ga bakal repeat disini lagi kalau ke dieng selama masih belum ada restaurannya

The service and taste of the food are great. Input for luxcamp, the mattress is too thin so it feels like a divan. Access down for the stairs can probably be improved to be safer. Then the water heater, maybe the tank can be enlarged because the hot water is only enough for 1 person to shower. After that, you have to wait about 45 minutes before it can heat up again for the second person to shower.

The Staff was friendly and helpfull. The view from our cabin extremely beautiful. We can see sunrise just from our room. Cabin was clean but the pillow sheet a bit smell like it doesn't dry properly. Bathroom was clean but the water heather only had small capacity so that second person who wanna take a shower has to wait for the hot water a bit longer. Some time the water heater only on for 1-2 menit in the beginning. The food was OK. We recommend for the BBQ, it was Good accompanied with the nature scene...JUST LOVE IT. All for all we RECOMMEND this place.

The hot water is shared, so if one side has used it, it could run out of hot water, and as a result when staying overnight, wanting to take a shower at night, the hot water is not available and it is very cold. Try not to share the hot water, with management from Hotison, it should be much better, especially in a cold place with no hot water.

The most interesting thing about this place is the view which is extraordinarily beautiful, you can enjoy the sunrise directly from the balcony of the room. Overall the room is ok, the bathroom is also quite clean with complete amenities. The room is equipped with a smart TV, drinking water dispenser, sofa bed, tea/coffee and water heater. It's just that access to the room is very steep and not neat so it is not friendly for the elderly, children and people with disabilities. But there will be hotel staff who will help carry things. The area is still partly under construction so it is quite noisy and at night there are those who play music at a fairly loud volume until midnight, so it is very disturbing to rest. When we stayed there, it also rained for a while, the water entered a little onto the terrace. When booking, the information on the app stated that you can get dinner, breakfast and lunch but in reality you only get dinner and breakfast. When confirmed, the staff's answer had not been updated in the application if it turned out you only get dinner and breakfast without any drinks as I saw from other people's reviews. There is also no bonfire. So this part is a bit disappointing. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements and more thoroughness so that those who stay are not disappointed.

The accommodation is quite comfortable. Possibly because it is still new, facilities such as those advertised such as: a small stove for barbecue etc... are not yet available If you want to stay overnight, you should bring enough food supplies because you can't order food here yet, if you want to eat you have to go out again or order food outside with the help of the staff for the staff are kind and friendly for the location = going down the stairs is quite high, for the elderly must be careful I stayed on March 27, 2025

The view is very beautiful, the sofa bed in the room has many stains and looks dirty to the point that there is a comb stuck in the edge of the sofa bed, the property is not fully operational. The most important thing to pay attention to is the type of food served, it doesn't have to be luxurious, what's important is to pay attention to the components. It's a shame that the food was already very cold when served.

We came here for family glamping. Great location, balcony right facing sunrise. No need to go to sunrise point, just go outside the room. Too bad there is only a little hot water, only 1 person can take a shower after that the heater goes out. Hopefully it can be fixed

For those who rarely exercise and are lazy, it's quite tiring. But for a full staycation, it's highly recommended.

For lunch it was very late, close to check out time.

nice glam and very nice viev...extend another 1 night because it's raining and we haven't seen sunrise yet....last night I ordered the bbq package, everything was delicious except the shrimp wasn't fresh
