It's perfect for those looking for a staycation in downtown Medan. It's walking distance to the train station, Kesawan area, fish market, Podomoro, and Merdeka Square. If you want to order a Grab, the parking area is spacious, safe, and easy to access. The executive room is spacious, clean, and the room service is responsive, with towels and amenities changed daily. Hopefully, M Hotel will maintain its quality :) It was a great stay there.

The hotel is quite good, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is quite good. The hotel is always clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily without having to request it from the front desk. The only downside is the poor soundproofing. If you get a room facing the street, the sound of passing vehicles can be quite loud, especially in the middle of the night. Otherwise, it's fine.

The hotel is very clean overall, and the room was cleaned daily by the housekeeping team. However, the bathroom needs a bit more attention, especially the shower curtain, which was slightly dirty and should be replaced more frequently. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The location is strategic, right in the centre of Medan, making it easy to move around the city. I’m happy I chose this hotel for our family room (three people). One of my friends is a person with disabilities, and the lift was extremely helpful for accessibility. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

The room was clean and tidy, I stayed for two nights, and I wasn't told that the room was tidied up when I left the hotel, the hotel should have told me that if they wanted it cleaned, don't just enter the room, it's private, other than that the hotel staff were friendly.
