I've stayed at this hotel several times since its opening and have always been pleased with the service and rooms. Currently, there are a few things that could be improved, including the internet connection in the rooms, the cleanliness of the bathroom (washbasin), and the towels, which are starting to wear thin. Otherwise, everything is fine, and we'll definitely be back.

A hotel with an in-room kitchenette and a minimalist concept. I even proposed to the office to extend my stay for two days because it was so comfortable and I didn't want to move hotels. The location is quite strategic, close to BCS and both fancy and affordable dining options. The service is also top-tier. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, although sometimes at night there's a bit of noise from the neighboring building. But overall, with a competitive price, this hotel offers simplicity and comfort in a strategic location, yet still amidst the hustle and bustle of the city center. The service is excellent. The staff are friendly. It's no wonder it's a favorite among Singaporean travelers when they visit Batam. For those planning a few days in Batam, whether for work or a city vacation, Manuka by Havis could be the best alternative for a place to stay with excellent service that won't break the bank. By the way, there's no breakfast here, but we were given a 10% dining voucher at several nearby restaurants.

Hotel very clean! The mattress I very unforgettable cox too comfort! If you are stressful in work and life can come here you sure have a good rest! Healthy mindfulness 😁. There 's some available parking slot around. Location very nice! 👍 By walking distance can reach itzumo tart, indomart. Spring massage and sifayuan is nearby with 5mins car distance.

I had a great time with my wife and kid. The room is minimalist and ambient. However, could use some more wall hooks for hanging of clothes. The staff are courteous and friendly. Location is near Penuin Market and because mall. The price was worth the stay. Do take note, it 's a small hotel as compared to other chain hotel. There are rooms for couples and families.
