When I first moved in, the sheets and bedcover were stained, there were small cockroaches under the pillow, the bathroom was leaking because it was raining when I stayed, and large cockroaches appeared.

the staff is not friendly with customers, the room is dirty, the toilet is clogged, the sheets are full of stains, the AC is leaking, the towels are full of holes, there is no soap/toothbrush. not worth renting. the price is 200 thousand but the place is very dirty, it's a shame.

The receptionist was rude, the lights in the toilet and room were all gloomy, the TV table was broken, the sink was broken, the brown bedsheets had lots of stains, I didn't even want to take a shower there.

For the price under 200 thousand, I think this place is ok, facilities such as mineral water, towels and soap are also provided, the AC is cold but unfortunately the lighting in the corridor is not bright enough which makes it seem a bit scary.

Can't even describe it with words. My advice is improve your hotel from every aspects. The location is good, but the rest are beyond awful. For 200k it 's really not worth it. Improve and maintain your hotel so that customers can have a pleasant stay.
