Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto

This is my third stay at this Mercure Hotel, for business purposes. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is central. The view from the room is a typical Jakarta urban setting.

The room is very comfortable & the service is good, the food is delicious especially the Mercure style fried rice.

It was pleasant starting from the arrival, welcome drink, clean lounge and room to the varied breakfast menu and what is clear is that the hotel has paid attention to environmental sustainability, by implementing reduce plastic waste (drinking water provision does not use plastic bottles).

The absolute best. While there are many Mercure hotels, this one is the best. Every time I go to Jakarta, I always stay at Mercure Gatsu. It's clean, spacious, and the soft mattresses make me feel at home. The gym is fully equipped. You can get free access to the lounge if you qualify. The food is delicious and varied.

A hotel suitable for business trips, but also great for family vacations. Close to the business center. Clean and comfortable rooms at affordable rates. If you have the chance, try the pizza and cheesecake in the restaurant. Delicious!

I had an unpleasant experience while staying on the 25th floor. At night, the electricity in my room kept going off and on again, which was frightening. But everything was resolved after the electrical technician arrived.

I stayed at the Mercure Gatot Subroto for a short staycation and was very satisfied overall. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection, and the most memorable experience was the staff—friendly and helpful. Oh yeah, the reflexology and spa treatments were excellent and comfortable. From start to finish, the service is a must-try! There's only one minor downside: the TV in the room is a bit slow and old, so it's not ideal for relaxing and watching movies. Hopefully, it can be upgraded in the future. Other than that, everything was great. Strategic location, peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a quick break from the routine. I'll definitely be back someday.

everything is okay, just a little lacking for a hotel like Mercure, how come there is no Netflix on TV🥲

staycation for the weekend, great location and access, need some improvement with the pool section. it was too cold and slippery.
