Very good ambience. My baby feel like home here. Extend the room for 2 days. But, the breakfast menu is less varied. Waited too long when checkout at receptionist :( Thank you Mercure Padang, for the room and services. We are glad for the improvement ahead!

I am now working at padang and always stay here when my family comes to visit. mercure is one of the best hotel in padang and just a step away to padang beach. it has an attractive interior and exterior design, spacious room compare to another hotel in padang. we love to use gym and swimming pool. the food is delicious but its price is a bit expensive. we hope that this hotel will immediately improve the quality of its wifi service since my two kids has to attend their school using zoom meeting. all ini all, this is a hotel in padang that we highly recommend.

The location is strategic, close to the beach (walkable), and my room also had an ocean view. The staff was very friendly. We were also given early check-in (1:30 PM). The food in the restaurant is varied, comprehensive, and delicious. If I ever go back to Padang, I will definitely stay at the Mercure again.

We have a good experience with the hotel staffs. I also need to give acknowledges to the chef of the restaurant, the food taste are exceptional. Have a good presentation but still have authentic taste of Minang food.
The only disappointment we experienced is how the local villagers have an event until 4AM and they using a sound system with volume level that could make normal person deaf. Please coordinate with local authority and police so they can be have event but respect others too.

Junior is pretty decent, although the key is also late... after 2 o'clock... the smell is please put some room freshener in this suite, musty... maybe because it is rarely used or why... I ordered 2 rooms with the same superior, the superior is much more fragrant.

Check-in schedule is 2 o'clock, got the key after 3 o'clock, as a result we had to wait more than an hour. Please fix this, how can a hotel like Mercure be like this, when it's time to check out at half past 12, they call and tell us to check out at 12 o'clock.

Stayed for 2 days without any mineral water. After calling several times, they just delivered 2 bottles of mineral water (2 days, 2 mineral water only).
