Coordination was not good, because the data confirmed the check-in at 2:00 p.m. and the person was not in place, until I just entered the room waiting until 3:30 p.m. without certainty, already annoyed I waited for 350 thousand for the deposit according to me is not reasonable. And when I arrived at the room I was not told that the power of electricity was limited, after I turned on the AC then I wanted to take a shower with hot water suddenly the electricity went down because there was no power to turn on both, It was very disappointing, we had to turn off the AC first and then turn on the hot water for bath.
