General Check-in Instructions
MORDEEN HOMESTAY RESIDENTS REGULATIONS / CONDITIONS 1. Booking must be accompanied by a down payment (DP) Min 30% before check-in. Full payment must be made at check-in. The account number for the transfer will be sent via SMS/WA/BBM Japri. 2. The tenant must provide a photocopy of the Identity Card, and leave 1 original KTP/SIM/PASSPORT as guarantor to the Owner and will be returned at check-out, and must fill in the data and signature on the sheet that we have prepared. 3. The earliest check-in time is 14:00 WIB, while the check-out time is 12:00 WIB. 4. Check-out after 12:00 WIB to 18:00 WIB will be subject to an additional fee of 25% from the previous price. Check-out after 18:00 WIB is calculated as 100% full price. 5. Mordeen family Homestay guests, husband and wife are expected to show valid proof of identity (at least at least the same address ID card) and are prohibited from bringing other women / men who are not their relatives 6. All electrical appliances, water faucets, air conditioners must be turned off before leaving the room/house 7. No pets are allowed. 8. Prohibited from committing immoral acts 9. It is forbidden to carry out mass political, religious, and shamanic activities in or in the Homestay area. 10. It is not allowed to carry sharp weapons, nor to consume drugs and drink - alcoholic beverages. 11. For the convenience of the next guest/tenant, If you are a smoker, we welcome you to smoke in the Pendopo or Terrace. Sorry, smoking is prohibited in the house/room. 12. It is forbidden to make noise or turn on the TV or music with a sound that is too loud so that it disturbs local neighbors. 13. It is forbidden to stick anything or scribble on the walls and furniture of the Homestay inventory with anything. 14. It is forbidden to take out or move the Homestay's inventory furniture. 15. Kitchen, stove and cooking utensils must be cleaned again after use. 16. You must take care of your valuables yourself, the Homestay Management is not responsible for the loss or damage to the property of the tenant/guest. 17. The money that has been paid is non-refundable. 18. If the tenant causes damage or loss of Homestay inventory, the tenant will be charged a replacement fee for the damage or repair the damaged item or replace the lost item. Management Mordeen homestay

Stayed overnight and rented all the rooms for a family vacation, very satisfied, the house is clean and comfortable and the location is in the middle of the city so it's easy to go anywhere, only to check in you have to wait a bit because you have to press the bell several times, apart from that there are no problems.

I think the standar operational procedure for this homestay need improvement. It wasn't worth the price for a homestay that lacks of SOP. But gladly the owner was so nice and welcome, thanks.

Good service, ok location, but unfortunately the mattress is hard (not soft) so it's not comfortable. The type with an outdoor bathroom concept. The concept of the bathroom is okay, but because next to the bathroom is a place to sit and relax and eat, it feels uncomfortable if there are people next to the bathroom when taking a shower or defecating.

Kami booking dalam rangka liburan ke Ijen yang berangkat dini hari dan ditemani sampai kami berangkat, request upgrade kamar karena ingin private bathroom dan ditanggapi dengan baik oleh owner (Pak Heru). Lokasi homestay strategis berdekatan dengan tempat makan dan indomaret. Untuk menu sarapan bervariasi. Hanya saat di sana provider wifi sedang gangguan jadi TV yang berhubungan dengan wifi tidak bisa dipakai. Terima kasih Pak Heru dan keluarga, sehat selalu. Salam untuk Kunyil 😁.
