Staying at MS Hotel was very memorable, the staff was friendly, it was not far from tourist attractions, just a bit noisy because it was close to the provincial road, otherwise it was great, hopefully in the future I can stay here again.

The Junior Suite is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It features a sink and a large sofa. The bathroom, while not particularly impressive, is spacious and has 24-hour hot water. It's also very convenient, as there's a minimarket in front of the hotel, and a bus terminal next to it, making it easy to get around by public transportation. The downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a bucket, and because it's located on a main road, it's a bit noisy with passing vehicles. Overall, it's comfortable. I'd probably stay here again if I ever visit the Ciwidey area.

The price is expensive and not worth it, the room condition is not good, many are not suitable, the carpet smells and is very disturbing, the chairs are dirty, the blankets and sheets are dirty with lots of stains, the mattress is very dirty and makes the body itch (bed bugs), the towels have dirty stains, the bathroom is also just as sad, the door is broken, the hot water is not hot, the location is indeed close to Kawah Putih and Ranca Upas but because it is on the side of the road it is very noisy and the quality of the building cannot dampen the sound from outside well.
