Very dissapointed service and bad attitude of the staff, the suitcase was not brought by the bell boy, walked to the room empty handed without any initiative, when he entered the room it turned out he couldn't get a TV because not all rooms have a TV, had a fight with the staff because the picture could be seen TV, less coordination btween the staffs, the hotel manager doesn't want to step in and doesn't apologize... breakfast starts at 10, ask for priority between 8-8.30 because I want to check out at 9 but the restaurant doesn't agree even though I chose a room including breakfast,

Spreinya dan sarung bantal agak kotor dan gatal yah. Mungkin lebih baik diganti perkedatangan tamu, banyak binatang ulat kecil-kecil di sekitar hotel. Dijalan sekitar hotel dan depan kamar. Hotelnya tenang sih. Cukup ramah-ramah yang melayani. Lokasi dkt jalan raya cuma tidak berisik ke kamar.

Kecewa sih, sudah dateng kehotelnya diinfo masih belum bisa check in. Setelah menunggu hingga jam check in tiba” ada whatsapp masuk bilang kalau vcr nya harus dibatalkan dengan alasan ada perbaikan padahal waktu kesana hotel nya baik” saja. Minta konfirmasi ke receptionnya juga gatau dia malah menghindar dan membuat saya menunggu lama. Dan akhirnya tetep gabisa check in disitu.

Management cancel my reservation and lied that the reason is due to room maintenance because of bad weather, while in fact they're still advertising it on the internet with different price fluctuation. Thank you for ruining my travel mood.

Actually its a beautiful place, the staffs are also helpful and nice. But I got a-not nice-room. Really, they should improve the maintenance, although its because rarely used that is not an excuse in terms of service. Hope with this they can be more concern, prepare and better.

Our first time to stay at my dream Bali, such a great greeting with the front in crew. She was very helpful from the begin till our dinner at Restaurant. Guys, you should try the thai restaurant and order some their favorit menu. Jump to the interior our bedroom was so clean, comfy, neat sprey too. We had a good sleep also. Thankyou my dream bali. Wish you successful.

The hotel rooms are aesthetic because they are made of wood, but the wooden floors are starting to rot, so some wood has fallen down when treading. Not to mention the sawdust that fell from the ceiling. Some parts of the roof are leaking. For bathrooms and other facilities (swimming pool), eat standard at a worthy price. Overall ok, but the management must improve the condition of the wood in the house.

The bathroom is outdoor, so there are still some insects. The rooms are comfortable & clean even though they are made of wood. The air conditioner is directly overhead, so it's a bit uncomfortable. Very good service, delicious orange ice, very comfortable atmosphere. 10 minutes if you want to Dreamland Beach & Cafe Elkabron.

Value for money, good Thai food, close to Melasti Beach & GWK, suitable for honeymoon or who loves traditional ambience but the villa itself seems poorly maintained and a bit scary for my family, slow check-in due to limited staff during Idul Fitri holiday.
