The service is top notch! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Makes you feel very at home staying here. I am very impressed with the service at this hotel. Starting from the fast and friendly check-in, to the housekeeping who is always ready to clean the room. The staff are also very informative and always ready to help with any questions. Overall, the service makes for a great vacation.

Kamar bau rokok padahal roomnya non smoking, toilet pecah, tidak bisa diflush, kamar jorok banyak kecoa, sprei tidak diganti, kamarnya semuanya kotor banget. Sangat tidak recommended buat menginap. Cuma orang gila yang nginap disini

Room 303 was terrible. There were many cockroaches in the room, bathroom, and even the wardrobe. Perhaps the room wasn't properly pest controlled, as it wasn't well maintained and looked empty. Or perhaps this room was simply unsold. As soon as we entered, the air conditioning was already on, but it wasn't very cold, and it was leaking. In the future, please conduct a thorough pest control of all rooms and maintain cleanliness.

Im scammed. Hotel looks good online but actually its the worst ever. Poor management. Hotel room and toilet is very dirty that inhad to go down and ask for housekeeping. . I got top floor room which i think wasnt being used in the longest time. Please dont book them. Suspicious hotel

Very dirty, lots of cockroaches, dirty floor, if you don't wear shoes, the soles of your feet are black. Noisy sounds from the hotel hallway and neighboring rooms, laughing and chatting, can clearly be heard from my room, the sheets are stained and smelly, the bath towels are dirty and filthy.
