The first impression was so pleasant, there was a pickup from the hotel, from the airport, so friendly. All staff employees are very kind and friendly. Clean room. Only the location is far from the crowd. There are no eating places around. Must go to the market area. Unfortunately there are no public transportation or motorcycle taxi passing by. For those who can ride a motorbike, rent an hour motorbike hotel for 10 thousand. For 1 day 50 thousand. Can to find food to walk. For those who cannot ride a motorbike this hotel is not recommended. Employees cannot deliver when they are working hours. Input for hotel, maybe it can be cooperation with the motorcycle taxi. By storing their cellphone number. When we need, motorcycle taxi can be called. Delivery to the airport is also from the hotel. Thank you to Yusi and Bang Edi for picking up and dropping off at the airport so friendly. Apart from transportation problems around the hotel, Natuna hotel is very good. I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of its employees who are always ready to help their guests. thanks.
