Very satisfied staying here, finally got a premium villa room type, wooden house but very aesthetic, large yard for children to play, clean swimming pool, comfortable upper and lower rooms, parking can accommodate 2 cars.

The downside was that the room I got was full of mosquitoes, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the only tissue was toilet paper. There were no tissues in the room.

I think the price of 427 is overpriced, but it has many pluses and minuses.
Pros
1. Strategic location, close to everything
2. Fast service, as toilet paper was out of stock when we arrived, but it was delivered immediately
3. Fast Wi-Fi
4. Safe balcony, great for chatting with the family until late at night, no one was noisy.
Cons
1. Honestly, the place is really dirty. The window glass is never wiped, and the bathroom glass is especially dirty. I think they should have been cleaned, perhaps it would have been better.
2. The mattress has various dirty stains.
3. The curtains are dirty and never replaced, and they look like they've been burned.
4. The sofa is also really dirty.
5. The upper wall under the TV in front is moldy and dirty, and the top of the sideboard hasn't been wiped.
6. There are worms in the bathroom when I shower, and there are several times when I see flies on the balcony and the toilet in the room. 7. The toilet is also yellow, as if it's never been scrubbed.
8. The floor is also still not clean, not swept.
9. Maybe the trash can could be bigger and lined with plastic to prevent spills.
10. Maybe the staff would be a little more pleasant when meeting guests and smiling.
It would also make housekeeping easier.
Overall, it's really just about cleanliness. If everything is clean and tidy, it's still worth it, but if the facilities are still the same, I don't think it's overpriced.
Maybe a tip for those who want to gather on the balcony is to bring mosquito repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes at night.

The villa is nice.. the atmosphere is nice, cool and calm.. but it's a shame that the staff are not very friendly.. the bedcover sheets are a bit dirty, the curtains and chairs too.. it's really a shame for a villa as nice as this.. hopefully in the future they will pay more attention to cleanliness in the rooms..
