Actually, everything was fine, with good front desk service, especially the security guard who also doubles as concierge and valet service. However, the AC in the room was quite hot, the corridors were also quite hot, and so was the elevator. Perhaps this could be improved.

The staff at breakfast were very friendly, including Cindy and I've forgotten who she was. They were short-haired and tall. But the girl at the reception was a bit arrogant, not so much. The other receptionists were friendly. The room was nice and comfortable, and it was quiet too 🥰

This is my first time here. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the air conditioning. I think it wasn't cold enough, hehe, but that's okay, it doesn't detract from the hotel's value. The location is strategic, with lots of food stalls and coffee shops, a gas station, and a mall nearby. The staff are friendly, and they have their own parking space, which is quite spacious. It wasn't disappointing, and I think I'll want to try another room type. Thank you, and good luck!

This is my second stay here. Great location, close to the toll gate... The room isn't soundproof, so on Saturday nights, I could still hear the exhaust sound even though I was on the 7th floor. Everything else is great.

The bathtub hole didn't close properly, I filled it with water for a long time, when I turned off the tap I lay down in the room, when I came back to the toilet the water was gone, the power socket was also loose, a hairdryer was provided but I had to hold the plug so that it could be turned on.
