The staff and service are good. The location is quite accessible to all of Nusa Dua and its surroundings. The room is comfortable, the shower water is small, the air conditioner is cold. Please pay attention to the cleanliness because it is still lacking.

The room does not match the picture. The walls were dirty, the TV couldn't be turned on, there was no hot water, the bathroom curtain was dirty, luckily the AC was cold. There is no receptionist or technician at night, only a security guard who doesn't understand anything. And the sound of vehicles from outside is loud, making it difficult to sleep. Not really worth the price.

Maaf saya rasa ini Hotel rasa indekost, kebetulan dapet AC yang keluar anginnya aja, jadi gerah banget. Resepsionis jam 6 sore udah ga ada, jadi cuma d jaga sama satpam aja. Air mengalirnya kecil dan ga ada air panas. Hadeuh. Lain kali pesan yang benar-benar jelas. Mahal dikit, tp worth it.
