It was an exceptional experience. I was checked in and checked out by Ms Nara, who was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with all their counter staff in fact. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. The location of the hotel was really good. Grand Mall Batam is just next door and connected with the hotel. Nagoya Hill Shopping centre is just a 5 mins drive away. There are also 3 really good Spas located just beside the hotel. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in the hotel and i would definitely bring my family here again.

The oakwood hotel is centrally located to shopping mall and shop jouses across the road. Plenty of options to dine and walk around. There are many massage spa around which provided clean & professional services. The ambience of the hotel is good too.
Breakfast spread is decent.

Relatively now hotel, very strategic location, connected to the Mall. Food was good, lots options for kids that can’t eat spicy. Overall it was very good experience. Definitely will come back when we visit Batam again.

really like the staff, the service, everything. there is no shortage of amenities, it is very complete. the TV is the only thing that can't be used, either the channel or the smart TV. there really is no entertainment at all. luckily it's close to the grand mall, so we only get a little entertainment there. hopefully next time we can come here again and there will be changes for the better

I asked for a high floor, joining room, and a double bed. I got exactly the contrary, the lowest floor, a non-joining room, and a single bed. The bed is also too soft for me. Apart from that, the location and cleanliness were great.

It 's our first time staying. Very pleasant experience. The staffs were all very friendly. The hotel ambience totally feels like a 5 stars hotel. Room were clean, furniture were modernly decorated. Definitely will come again in future.
