Stay for 2 nights just for my daughter's birthday, we love the place so much. The taste of our breakfast and service gave was excellent, very friendly and accomodating staff. Best way to spend a staycation in Jakarta. Sure We will be back again soon! Thank you Oakwood ❤️

Never ever. * Oakwood Premier Cozmo jakarta * was literally a joke. The staff and management are beyond a disgrace, the people working there were so weird. Receptionist are very very rude and angry persons with no managerial skills what so ever. The security and staff parking are rude too and just really didn't know how to conduct/speak to a peoples in a professional manner. The worst experience I've had with this hotel staff. Were incredibly rude and unhelpful! And before you ask yourself. "Can it really be that bad?" Trust me, yes it can.

Excellent stay as always. This hotel is my second home whenever my family are coming over. The breakfast are plenty to choose from, the taste is average but more importantly, every single one of the hotel staffs are very kind, helpful and professional. The room is as always very clean and quiet.
